Persimmon and Orange Extra Jam with Walnuts and ‘Douro’ Muscatel
Excellent accompaniment to cheeses, “Leyden“ Cheese (PGI), “Provolone“ Cheese (PDO), “Murcia” Cheese (PDO), Azeitão Cheese (PDO) and Serra de Estrela Cheese (PDO).
Ideal for spreading sunflower seed cereal toast or macaron fillings.
Fundão Cherry Extra Jam with Brandy
The characteristics of this sweet make it an ideal accompaniment to cheeses, Cheese from the Island of S. Jorge, Azores (PDO), Castelo Branco Fresh Cheese, “Beato de Tábara” Cheese, “Asiago” Cheese (PDO), with a mild flavor such as cow's cheese, topping for ice cream, cheesecake, waffles and crepes. You can also accompany a breakfast or snack with scones.
Negrinha do Douro Olive Paste with Spices
Ideal for cereal bread, fresh cereal bread and other types of bread, corn and rye bread, vegan crackers, wasabi or goat cheese and Swiss chard toast. Use in game dishes, to season salads such as couscous salad and Greek salad, vegetarian salads, and pasta, or to spread with cream cheese. Use as an aperitif.
Fig Tree Liqueur
It can be consumed simple, as an aperitif or digestive, or in mixtures, combining well with vodka.

Negrinha do Douro Olive Paste with Spices
“Negrinha do Douro” olive (81%), virgin olive oil, honey, spices, acidity regulator (citric acid) and salt. It may contain traces of olive pits.
Fig Tree Liqueur
Leaves and shoots of the fig tree, alcohol, sugar, water, and vanilla. 24,2% Alc./Vol.
Tea Blends with Forest Fruits and Blue Cornflower Petals
Black tea, black fruits, and blue cornflower petals.
Preparation: time 3 min, temperature 95 °C and dosage 3 g for 150 ml. Filter and serve to taste.

Banana and Clementine Extra Jam with Rum
Madeira’s Banana has its origin certified by the European Union as an agricultural product from an Outermost Region. It gives energy and takes care of the body like nothing else, as it is rich in sucrose, glucose, fructose, fiber, potassium, magnesium and several vitamins from groups A, B and C. The main characteristic that distinguishes Madeira bananas from all others bananas is its flavor, sweet and intense.
Clementine, a medium-sized fruit with a spherical and flat shape, with yellow-orange skin and medium thickness. The pulp of this fruit is of medium consistency, with 10 to 11 buds and a pleasant taste. It has no seeds, or few, and the juice content varies between 37% and 47%. The ripening season runs from November to January.
Persimmon and Orange Extra Jam with Walnuts and ‘Douro’ Muscatel
Persimmon originates from China, although it is much more popular in Japan. In Portugal, two predominant varieties can be found: red and orange. The first one is the most common, presenting itself in its mature state as a very sweet and soft fruit, requiring great care to carry out its transport. The second variety is much tougher and does not require great care in handling. Its fruit, known as persimmon or Japanese apricot, contains a large amount of water and is low in calories, vitamins are part of its composition in addition to proteins, iron and calcium.
Douro Muscatel is made from the Muscatel Galego variety, from Vale do Douro production, which represents the largest patch of Muscatel vines in the Douro, it is aged for 18 months in French oak vats.
Fundão Cherry Extra Jam with Brandy
The Fundão cherry has a firm and fleshy consistency and a very sweet flavor, whose color ranges from bright red to purple-red, and in the case of some varieties it can be from red to orange.
The brandy produced from the best Portuguese grapes, has a unique aroma and flavor that results from the distillation of grapes from the Arinto, Periquita, Trincadeira and Fernão Pires varieties.
Negrinha do Douro Olive Paste with Spices
The “Negrinha do Douro” olive, of Protected Domination of Origin (PDO), is grown in olive groves on the steep slopes of the Douro Valley region, northern Portugal, in a hot, dry climate and on schist soils. This olive, round and smooth, with a firm consistency, weighing an average of 3 to 5 grams each, has a yellowish-green to violet-black color, depending on the state of maturation. It is harvested manually on the slopes of the Douro Valley.
