Description
Region: Cima Corgo and Douro Superior
Grape varieties: Rabigato, Malvasia Fina, Fernão Pires, Pedernã
Vinification: Stainless steel vats with automatic reassembly. De-stemmed grapes, half-tanned, 1 day of fermentation with the pasta, 1 day of fermentation in an open spout with processing at 8th Baumé.
Aging: 100% oxidative. 3 years in oak barrels
Tasting Notes:
- Color: Straw yellow.
- Aroma: Young, slightly floral, with notes of figs in “Armagnac” syrup.
- Palate: Velvety, with balanced acidity.
- End of Tasting: Bulky with notes of honey.
Serving Temperature: 10º/15ºC.
Preservation: Does not age in bottle. The wine, once opened, will keep its qualities for four weeks when kept in the fridge.
Alcohol: 20% vol.
