Products selected to perfectly accompany dishes with game meat, creating an original and surprising note in your recipes.

Ideal as an accent in roasted meat dishes of chicken, duck, game, exotic meats, venison, rabbit and wild boar, among others.

Inspired by the specific characteristics of this chocolate, we created our ‘São Tomé’ dark chocolate creams with fruits. They are made with a minimum of 70% cocoa from São Tomé, one of the best in the world, so that in this way we can perfume the senses with real chocolate, creating surprising mixtures with fruits of Portuguese origin such as Azores Pineapple, Algarve Orange, Fundão Cherry and other ingredients of Portuguese origin (Port wine, Macieira brandy and spices). Internationally awarded the “Best Taste” category at the 2015 and 2017 UK GREAT TASTE Awards.

  • Traits and Flavor: ‘São Tomé’ dark chocolate is bitter, with an aroma of coffee and blackberries, a chocolate with a unique and intense flavor, made with customers who prefer pure and traditional chocolate in mind.
  • Product Suggestions: Ideal for spreading cookies and crackers, cereal bread, whole wheat toast, cakes and croissants. As filling for: macarons, cakes, desserts with mascarpone and quark cheese, tiramisu recipes. As a topping and filling for oatmeal or banana pancakes, cakes, waffles. Ideal for Fondue of game meats, duck, beef, foie gras, dried buffalo meat or wild boar.

  • The Production Method: Our chocolate spreads are produced by hand, following the production methods of our traditional jams, with the addition of dark chocolate from São Tomé with 70% cocoa. Fresh fruits from various regions of Portugal are mixed. No additives or colorings added - 100% natural.
  • Packaging and Recycling: Our packaging is made with more than 99.7% of 100% recycled aluminum, without losing quality and without having to extract more from Nature. Use recycling bin for metals.

Orange Extra Jam with ‘Madeira’ Wine

Ideal for use in Chinese chicken salad, sauces for roasted salmon, spaghetti with shrimp, grilled duck or roast beef, as well as topping for apricot cakes. Ideas for spreading oatmeal cookies, coconut cookies, cashew cookies, chocolate cookies, cereal bread, wholegrain toast, vegan cookies, and to create cake recipes with chocolate cream.

Mango Chutney

Ideal for appetizers, seaweed toast, cured cheeses, hamburgers, sushi, and fish dishes, as a sauce for white meats, salads, with poultry and game meats.

Red Pepper Chutney

Ideal as sauces for red meats, salads, cured cheeses, appetizers, fresh shredded or roasted cod appetizers, sushi; to accompany with poultry, pork and beef.

Orange (55%), sugar, ‘Madeira’ wine (1.3%) (contains sulfites), orange peel, gelling agent (pectin) and lemon juice. Prepared with 55 g of fruits per 100 g. Net weight: 75 g. Contains alcohol.

Mango Chutney

Mango (60.6%), sugar, vinegar (may contain sulfites), red onion, garlic, flower of salt, black Peppercorns, ginger, white Peppercorns and saffron.

Red Pepper Chutney

Thin, colorful and shiny skin, high juice content, sweetness and unique organoleptic characteristics are some of the characteristics of orange from the Algarve. The Algarve has a combination of elements such as soil and climate, which make it possible to produce citrus fruit with unique characteristics. More than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 18ºC make it one of the best regions in the world for orange production.
