Madeira’s Banana has its origin certified by the European Union as an agricultural product from an Outermost Region. It gives energy and takes care of the body like nothing else, as it is rich in sucrose, glucose, fructose, fiber, potassium, magnesium and several vitamins from groups A, B and C. The main characteristic that distinguishes Madeira bananas from all others bananas is its flavor, sweet and intense.

Clementine, a medium-sized fruit with a spherical and flat shape, with yellow-orange skin and medium thickness. The pulp of this fruit is of medium consistency, with 10 to 11 buds and a pleasant taste. It has no seeds, or few, and the juice content varies between 37% and 47%. The ripening season runs from November to January.

Depending on the season of production, figs are called lampos (May and June) and vintage (July/September). It is a fruit with well-marked organoleptic characteristics, with great nutritional qualities, being rich in vitamins B and C and mineral salts (especially calcium, phosphorus and potassium).

Cinnamon has a warm, pleasantly sweet yet intense aroma. Its flavor is warm and fragrant, reminiscent of cloves and citrus. . It presents a light brown color, with touches of bronze. For 200 years, the Portuguese controlled the monopoly on the commercialization of this spice, originally from Sri Lanka.

The Fundão cherry has a firm and fleshy consistency and a very sweet flavor, whose color ranges from bright red to purple-red, and in the case of some varieties it can be from red to orange.
