The three products included in this PACK include Orange from Algarve PGI. The Algarve orange is famous not only in Portugal, but also around the world, due to its unique characteristics that make it truly special. The peel of this orange is thin, colorful and shiny, which reflects the health and quality of the fruit. When opened, it reveals a high juice content, offering a balanced sweetness and an unmistakable flavuor that wins over the most demanding palates.
The combination of fertile soil and the specific climate of the Algarve region are responsible for these distinct qualities. With more than 3,000 hours of sunshine per year and an average temperature of 18ºC, the Algarve offers ideal conditions for the production of excellent citrus fruits. The abundance of sunlight allows the oranges to develop a sweet flavour and juicy texture, while the mild nights help to preserve their freshness and organoleptic properties.
Furthermore, the traditional cultivation method, combined with local knowledge passed down from generation to generation, ensures that each Algarve orange maintains its purity and authenticity. This commitment to quality makes Algarve oranges an essential and valued ingredient, not only in Portuguese gastronomy, but also in various international culinary applications.
The packaging of this pack features one of Algarve's beautiful beaches, one of the region's most iconic tourist attractions, making it a visually stunning and memorable souvenir of Portugal.

Origin of raw materials
Depending on the season of production, figs are called lampos (May and June) and vintage (July/September) . It is a fruit with well-marked organoleptic characteristics, with great nutritional qualities, being rich in vitamins B and C and mineral salts (especially calcium, phosphorus and potassium).
Cinnamon has a warm, pleasantly sweet yet intense aroma. Its flavor is warm and fragrant, reminiscent of cloves and citrus. It presents a light brown color, with touches of bronze. For 200 years, the Portuguese controlled the monopoly on the commercialization of this spice, originally from Sri Lanka.
Thin, colorful and shiny skin, high juice content, sweetness and unique organoleptic characteristics are some of the characteristics of orange from the Algarve. The Algarve has a combination of elements such as soil and climate, which make it possible to produce citrus fruit with unique characteristics. More than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 18ºC make it one of the best regions in the world for orange production.
