Pine board in the shape of a fish : Origin: Portugal; Shade: clear appearance: heterogeneous, with knots and veins; Density: medium (550kg/m3); Robustness: medium; Resistance: medium
Board clean and care:
- Do not put in the dishwasher, oven or microwave;
- Rinse under running water with detergent, but without soaking; air dry, laying horizontally;
- In the case of finished items – except colored items –, periodically apply vegetable oil for better conservation.
Suggested Use
Ideal as a sauce for grilled fish, roasted cod, grilled salmon and as a sushi sauce.

Ideal for appetizers, seaweed toast, cured cheeses, hamburgers, sushi, and fish dishes, as a sauce for white meats, salads, with poultry and game meats.
