On the 27th and 28th of September, the Portuguese flavors brand meia.dúzia® will be present at the international Best of Gourmet Selection 2015 contest with the product Coffret 6 Confitures artisanales. The competition is part of the Gourmet Food & Wine Selection, in Porte de Versailles, which for two years has been considered the number 1 exhibition of gourmet products and wine.
The Coffret 6 Confitures artisanales is composed of a set of six artisanal jams flavored with precious wines from Portuguese oenology, aromatic herbs and spices, with which the meia.dozen® hopes to win another award. It is recalled that the Flavors Experiences, presented in packaging reminiscent of ink tubes and made with Portuguese raw materials, as is the case of the Queen Cláudia Plum Sweet Extra with Lemon Thyme, have already received international awards from Chefs and Sommeliers with Michelin stars. In 2014, meia.dúzia® won first prize at the Innovation Awards at the Salón Gourmet in Madrid and in 2015 it received another star at the Great Taste – Guild of Fine Food in the United Kingdom.
Since 2009, Gourmet Selection has been dedicated to displaying the finest gourmet selections and being one of the highest references in the gastronomic scene, exalting the art de vivre. The exhibition has also been an opportunity to introduce new gourmet products from international flavors and brands.
Through the Gourmet Selection 2015, meio.dúzia® brings Portuguese flavors to the most exquisite palates in the world. The exhibition can be seen in Pavilion 6 of Porte de Versailles, Paris, at stand 6D 110.
