Ingredients
- 500g Cream Cheese
- 125g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 200g Cream
- 50g Butter
- 60g Brown Sugar
- 60g flour
- 100g oat flakes
- 2 Tubes of Raspberry and Redcurrant Extra Jam with Verbena meia.dúzia®
Method of preparation:
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 150º.
For the filling:
- In the mixer, add the cream cheese, sugar and cream. Beat everything. With the mixer on low speed, place the eggs one by one.
For the base:
- In a bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar and flour, mixing well with your hands. Meanwhile, toast the oat flakes in a frying pan and add to the remaining ingredients, mixing.
- Fill small molds with the base and cover with the paper cupcake with the filling. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. After removing, chill in the fridge for one to two hours before serving..
- When serving, top the cheesecake with Raspberry and Redcurrant Extra Jam with Verbena meia.dúzia®.
