Ingredients
- rye bread
- Strawberries
- Avocado
- Goat Cheese
- Strawberry Extra Jam with Port Wine and Chilli meia.dúzia®.
Method of preparation:
- Toast one slice of bread;
- Break half of an avocado into a bowl and mix with salt, pepper and juice of lemon until you create a paste texture;
- Grease the slice of bread with the Strawberry Extra Jam with Port Wine and Chilli meia.dúzia®., put the avocado paste on top and cut the goat cheese into slices and distribute;
- Finally, cut the strawberries into slices too and then put;
- Cut the slice in half and place on a black plate.
