Prepared based on internationally famous Port Wine Dry White, this is one of our favorite cocktails. Kiwi, a refreshing fruit, intensely acidic, combined with the sweetness of vanilla, gives this cocktail a richness on the palate, which makes it very popular as an aperitif or digestive.

Ingredients
- vanilla syrup
- half lime
- half glass of ice
- 8cl of Port Wine Dry White
- Sparkling Water
- Kiwi Extra Jam with ‘Douro’ Muscatel meia.dúzia®.
- 1 slice of kiwi (to decorate)
Method of preparation:
- 2 counts of vanilla syrup in the shaker cup;
- Cut half lime and squeeze into the glass (along with the vanilla syrup;
- Add the Kiwi Extra Jam with ‘Douro’ Muscatel meia.dúzia®.;
- Juntar 8cl of Port Wine Dry White;
- Add half a glass of ice.
- Shake.
- Pour in the glass of glass and stretch with sparkling water;
- Garnish with Kiwi in the glass (without peel).
