- Preparation Time: 10 min
Ingredients
- 120g almond flour
- 120g sugar powder
- Whites of 3 eggs (at room temperature)
- 135g of white sugar
- ½ pod of vanilla
- White Chocolate Spread with Orange, Yuzu and Iyokan meia.dúzia® (around 75g)
Method of preparation:
- In a food processor, crush the almond flour and powdered sugar for a few seconds;
- Sift this mixture into a bowl and set aside;
- With an electric mixer, start beating the egg whites until stiff. When foam starts to form, add half the sugar (67.5g);
- Continue to beat and when soft peaks form, add the remaining sugar;
- Meanwhile, with a sharp knife, cut the pod of vanilla in half and scrape out the seeds inside;
- Incorporate the vanilla seeds into the egg whites and beat for another 2 minutes;
- Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture of almond flour and powdered sugar;
- Place this mixture in a pastry bag and on a tray lined with parchment paper, form small circles (about 3.5 cm in diameter). Let it rest for 1 hour;
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven 30 minutes beforehand to 130°C;
- After this time, place the Macarons in the oven and let them cook for about 15 minutes;
- Remove from the oven and let the Macarons cool completely. After they are cold, you can fill them with the White Chocolate Spread with Orange, Yuzu and Iyokan meia.dúzia®, if desired, decorate with golden powder.
