A tropical twist on the classic French cuisine, the mille feuille, in an exclusive recipe created by the 1st Masterchef of Portugal, Lígia Santos.

Ingredients
Coconut Cream:
- 30g of sugar
- 10g of flour without yeast
- 125ml of milk
- 1 dessert spoon of butter
- 1 Sachet of Coconut Cream
- 1/2 Tube of Azores Pineapple Extra Jam With Lemongrass meia.dúzia®
Mille-feuille:
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the milk with the coconut cream;
- In a pan, add the sugar, flour and the previous mixture;
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it starts to boil. Turn off and add the butter;
- let cool;
- Mille-feuille;
- Fold each pastry sheet 3 times on itself;
- Cut all edges so that you have single, loose sheets;
- Overlap two by two brushing each other with butter and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC until golden;
- Start by putting the filo pastry, then the coconut cream and the Azores Pineapple Extra Jam With Lemongrass meia.dúzia®, repeat this process two more times and finish with the filo dough;
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar;
- Finish the dish and decorate with the tube of Banana and Clementine Extra Jam with Rum meia.dúzia® and ‘São Tomé’ Dark Chocolate Spread with Passion Fruit meia.dúzia®.
