The dough is made with flour of buckwheat, with almond milk, the filling with Blueberry Extra Jam with Melissa, and the topping with fresh blueberries and Serra da Estrela Heather Honey with Elderberry by meia.dúzia®.

Ingredients
For the pancakes:
- 1 cup of buckwheat flour
- 1/2 Tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1 Xícara of milk of amêndoa
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil melted
- chia seeds
For the filling and topping:
- 100g of blueberries
- 1 tube of 200g of Blueberry Extra Jam with Melissa by meia.dúzia®
- 1 tube of 75 g of Serra da Estrela Heather Honey with Elderberry meia.dúzia®
Method of preparation:
- Mix the flour, yeast, salt and milk in a bowl;
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix gently just mixing until text. Don't over mix;
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes;
- Heat some coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat;
- Pour a spoonful of the batter into the prepared pan for 2-3 minutes or until small packages begin to form;
- Turn and cook for 1 minute on the other side;
- Repeat until all pancakes are done;
Preparation of the topping:
- Place a pancake;
- Fill with Blueberry Extra Jam with Melissa by meia.dúzia®;< /li>
- Overlap the new pancake over the previous one and repeat the previous step until the last pancake;
- Decorate with blueberries and Serra da Estrela honey with elderberry meia.dúzia®.
