- rye bread
- ripe tomato
- leaves of microvegetables
- Goat Cheese
- Negrinha do Douro Olive Paste with Spices meia.dúzia®
- ‘Bravo of Esmolfe’ Apple Extra Jam with Cinnamon meia.dúzia®
- Olive Oil, salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
- Place the cheese and sliced tomato on a slice of bread, the microvegetables, the Negrinha do Douro Olive Paste with Spices meia.dúzia®, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper;
- finish with ‘Bravo of Esmolfe’ Apple Extra Jam with Cinnamon meia.dúzia®;
- Cover with another slice of bread and toast, cut and serve.
