An Italian recipe for bruschetta with Mozzarella cheese, with the very Portuguese touch of Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Malagueta.

Ingredients
- french style baguette
- Garlic butter
- 1 buffalo mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tomato
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Chilli by meia.dúzia®
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper negra
Method of preparation:
- Start by Preheating the oven to 180º;
- Then cut the baguette into slices;
- Spread the slices with garlic butter;
- Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes;
- Remove the slices and place 1 slice of tomato on each slice;
- Season with a pinch of salt;
- Top with generous slices of Buffalo Mozzarella;
- Add some black pepper;
- Drizzle with a thread of Olive Oil with Chilli and sprinkle with oregano;
- end in oven until the cheese is melted;
