Ingredients
- 100g of mixture of lettuces
- 100g of wild arugula
- 2 fresh goat cheeses (50g/uni)
- 150g of smoked salmon
- 1 avocado, slices
- 3 medium strawberries, sliced
- 1 Tube of ‘Bravo de Esmolfe’ Apple Extra Jam with Mint and Port Wine meia.dúzia®
Ingredients for the emulsion
- 1 Tube of Orange Blossom Honey with Chilli meia.dúzia®
- 1 tube of Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Green Peppercorns meia.dúzia®
- 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- Emulsion: In a bowl, add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Green Peppercorns meia.dúzia®, the cider vinegar, the Orange Blossom Honey with Chilli meia.dúzia® and a little bit of salt. Taste, adjust seasonings and reserve;
- mix the arugula and lettuces in a large bowl, season with the emulsion;
- Add avocado, strawberries and cheese, cut into slices;
- Acrescentar 6 slices of smoked salmon;
- Season over the cheese and salmon with ‘Bravo de Esmolfe’ Apple Extra Jam with Mint and Port Wine meia.dúzia® to taste.
