Ingredients for the emulsion

Method of preparation:

  1. Emulsion: In a bowl, add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Green Peppercorns meia.dúzia®, the cider vinegar, the Orange Blossom Honey with Chilli meia.dúzia® and a little bit of salt. Taste, adjust seasonings and reserve;
  2. mix the arugula and lettuces in a large bowl, season with the emulsion;
  3. Add avocado, strawberries and cheese, cut into slices;
  4. Acrescentar 6 slices of smoked salmon;
  5. Season over the cheese and salmon with ‘Bravo de Esmolfe’ Apple Extra Jam with Mint and Port Wine meia.dúzia® to taste.
