The combination of the very characteristic crunchiness of Rocha Pear with the sweetness of ‘Douro’ Muscatel contrasts divinely with the acidity of Black Chocolate from São Tomé with Blackberry and Nutmeg!

Ingredients
- 6 Rocha pears (large)
- 250 g of flour
- 250 g of butter at room temperature
- 250 g of sugar
- 1 tube of ‘Rocha’ Pear Extra Jam with ‘Douro’ Muscatel meia.dúzia®
- cinnamon to taste
- 1 tube of ‘São Tomé’ Dark Chocolate Spread with Blackberry, Hazelnut and Nutmeg meia.dúzia®
Method of preparation:
- Peel the pears and cut them into pieces;
- Transfer the already cut pears to an oven tray and add a little cinnamon and the ‘Rocha’ Pear Extra Jam with ‘Douro’ Muscatel over those;
- In a bowl, mix the flour, butter and sugar until you get a kind of crumbs;
- Place this mixture on top of the pears and bake in a preheated oven at 190º C for approximately 20 minutes;
- When cold, serve the Rocha Pear crumble with the ‘São Tomé’ Dark Chocolate Spread with Blackberry, Hazelnut and Nutmeg.
