Ingredients
- 1 duck breast
- 2 garlic cloves
- sea salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
Sweet and sour orange and ginger sauce
- 1dl of soy sauce
- 5g of grated ginger
- 20ml of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Orange Extra Jam with ‘Madeira’ Wine meia.dúzia®
- Black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- Cut the duck breast skin.
- Season it with crushed garlic, salt, black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil;
- In a sauté, seal the duck breast starting from the skin side.
Sweet and sour orange and ginger sauce
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce and mix well.
- Serve the duck breast laminated with the orange sauce.
