An innovative twist on traditional "suspiros", delicious!

Ingredients
- 3 Egg Whites
- 9 tablespoons of sugar
- lemon zest to taste
- red fruits (raspberry, blackberry and blueberry)
- 1 Tube of Kiwi Extra Jam with ‘Douro’ Muscatel meia.dúzia®
Method of preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 150º;
- Whip the egg whites until stiff. Whisking constantly, add the sugar until the mixture is firm and homogeneous. Then add the lemon zest and beat some more;
- Grease the tray with butter and, with the help of a spoon, place the dough on it (to avoid merging the suspiros, you should leave a margin of a few centimeters between them);
- Take it to the oven, preheated to 150º and let it cook for about 45min (until the suspiros are slightly golden);
- Once cooked, turn off the oven and let it cool with the door slightly open, without removing the suspiros;
- Once cool, place on a plate and decorate to taste with the red fruits and the Kiwi Extra Jam with ‘Douro’ Muscatel meia.dúzia®.
