Ingredients
- 1L of water
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons of Rosemary Honey with Apple and Cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- Bread for French Toast (1 or 2 days old)
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- Pumpkin and Orange Jam with Rosemary and Eucalyptus Honey, Cinnamon and Almond (to taste)
Method of preparation:
- In a pan, put the water to boil together with the brown sugar, the Rosemary Honey with Apple and Cinnamon and the salt for about 5 minutes;
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs;
- Cut the bread into slices and pass them through the previous preparation and then through the beaten eggs;
- In a pan, with very hot sunflower oil, fry the french toast;
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with Pumpkin and Orange Jam with Rosemary and Eucalyptus Honey, Cinnamon and Almond.
