Ingredients
- couscous
- Negrinha do Douro Olive Paste with Spices meia.dúzia®
- cucumber
- tomato
- pepper
- mint
- olive oil, salt and pepper
- lemon (juice)
- herbs to taste to decorate
- Mango Chutney meia.dúzia®
Method of preparation:
- Boil water and in a saucepan put the same amount of water for the same amount of couscous;
- Cover with cling film for 10 minutes;
- Chop the pepper, cucumber, tomato and mint, add salt and pepper and juice of lemon, combine with virgin olive oil;
- Finish with the Negrinha do Douro Olive Paste with Spices meia.dúzia®;
- Decorate in a glass with chard leaves and aromatic herbs and Mango Chutney meia.dúzia®.
