Ingredients
- 2 Kiwis sliced
- 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
- 100g of wild arugula
- 100g of mini balls of Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tube of Fundão Cherry Extra Jam with Brandy meia.dúzia®
- Goji Berries to taste
- poppy seeds to taste
Ingredients for the emulsion
- 1 Tube of Orange Blossom Honey with Chilli meia.dúzia®
- 1 tube of Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Green Peppercorns meia.dúzia®
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- Emulsion: In a cup, add the olive oil with the vinegar, the Orange Blossom Honey with Chilli meia.dúzia® and a pinch of salt, taste and reserve;
- Arrange a portion of arugula on each plate and season with the emulsion;
- In each of the dishes, distribute in the same amount mini balls of mozzarella cheese, slices of apple and kiwi;
- Sprinkle with the goji berries and poppy seeds;
- Add the Fundão Cherry Extra Jam with Brandy meia.dúzia® to taste.
