Ingredients for the emulsion

Method of preparation:

  1. Emulsion: In a cup, add the olive oil with the vinegar, the Orange Blossom Honey with Chilli meia.dúzia® and a pinch of salt, taste and reserve;
  2. Arrange a portion of arugula on each plate and season with the emulsion;
  3. In each of the dishes, distribute in the same amount mini balls of mozzarella cheese, slices of apple and kiwi;
  4. Sprinkle with the goji berries and poppy seeds;
  5. Add the Fundão Cherry Extra Jam with Brandy meia.dúzia® to taste.
