Ingredients
- 2 fresh goat cheeses (50g/uni)
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 100g of wild arugula
- 1 Tube of Negrinha do Douro Olive Paste with Spices meia.dúzia®
- 1 Bread of beetroot sliced and toasted in the oven
Ingredients for the emulsion
- 1 tube of Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Green Peppercorns meia.dúzia®
- Lime Juice to taste
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- Emulsion: In a glass, add lime and salt to the Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Green Peppercorns meia.dúzia®;
- Cut the toasted bread into small cubes;
- In a salad bowl, place the arugula, sliced cherry tomato and sliced cucumber;
- Drizzle the pieces of beetroot bread with the emulsion and add to the salad;
- Place the slices of fresh goat cheese over the salad;
- Garnish with the Negrinha do Douro Olive Paste with Spices meia.dúzia®.
