Method of preparation:

  1. Emulsion: In a glass, add lime and salt to the Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Green Peppercorns meia.dúzia®;
  2. Cut the toasted bread into small cubes;
  3. In a salad bowl, place the arugula, sliced cherry tomato and sliced cucumber;
  4. Drizzle the pieces of beetroot bread with the emulsion and add to the salad;
  5. Place the slices of fresh goat cheese over the salad;
