- cucumber
- Mango Chutney meia.dúzia®
- Raspberry and Blackberry Jam meia.dúzia®
- mustard
- salt
- vinegar
- pepper
- tomato and fresh leaves to decorate
Method of preparation:
- Clean the fish of bones and skin, cut into cubes;
- Season with salt and vinegar, add the Raspberry and Blackberry Jam meia.dúzia® and the Mango Chutney meia.dúzia®;
- Add a pinch of pepper and add the cherry tomato;
- garnish with fresh chard leaves and flowers.
