Ingredients
- fresh salmon in tranche
- sesame seeds
- sprouts
- flower of salt
- Mango Chutney meia.dúzia®
- black pepper
- soy oil
- Strawberry Extra Jam with Mint meia.dúzia®
Method of preparation:
- Cut the salmon tranche into chunks and season with salt and pepper;
- Spread with the Mango Chutney meia.dúzia®, and brown in a very hot frying pan with little soy oil;
- Repeat the task on all sides of the tranche of salmon;
- Remove from heat and pass through the sesame seeds;
- cut and Serve.
