Ingredients
- 150g of wild arugula
- 1 small cow fresh cheese 75g
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- ½ Sliced Granny Smith Apple (10 slices)
- 16 Tangerine buds (2 tangerines)
- 2 Strawberries (large) sliced
- 1 Tube of ‘Bravo de Esmolfe’ Apple Extra Jam with Mint and Port Wine meia.dúzia®
Ingredients for the emulsion
- 1 tube of ‘Serra da Estrela’ Heather Honey with Elderberry meia.dúzia®
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- Emulsion: Add in a bowl the ‘Serra da Estrela’ Heather Honey with Elderberry meia.dúzia® balsamic vinegar and a little of salt. Stir and reserve;
- In a large bowl, place the arugula, the whole tomatoes and the tangerine segments;
- Cut the cheese into slices;
- Add sliced apple, strawberries and fresh cheese to the salad;
- Season everything with the emulsion;
- Add the ‘Bravo de Esmolfe’ Apple Extra Jam with Mint and Port Wine meia.dúzia® to taste.
